RobotTeam.jpgArgon's Aqua Regia Robot Laboratory System features two 6 axis manipulator arms and JASPPER Control Software. The laboratory is a modular, streamlined system with a unique combination of dynamic sample management, large sample throughput and fully autonomous operation.

 

Fast - Short cycle times

Using the RLS-AR, cycle-times are considerably reduced thanks to JASPPER scheduling algorithm, combined with unique motion control and various optimisation routines.

Accurate - Consistent sample quality

Outstanding reproducibility (0.001g), volumetric accuracy (0.25mL in 1000mL) and excellent contamination counter-measures.

Versatile - Changes with processes

Can change scheduling, timing and positioning as needed to respond to changes in your process: all through an intuitive, easy to use interface.

Robust - Harsh operating environments

Equipped with armour and custom tooling, the robots are capable of withstanding the most dangerous chemical environments.

Application Usually low level multi-element analyses are performed - generally trace metal concentrations are of interest.
